II. Catching other G/Ps Subsets (#2 to #25 or all in one shoot).
These are not for free (but very sheep! Click HERE to have an idea about that). So we strongly recommend to evaluate datasets/subsets by visiting / reviewing the related WEB Drug pages and even go deeper by downloading the corresponding "Dataset INFO files".
Then if you are interested ordering some subsets download the Dedicated MS-Excel Template (Click HERE), fill it and follow instructions from the READ_ME sheet.

NGYX I.C. Comment: Reviewing datasets for all of the 22 FDA approved drugs and doing a comparison of e.g. Drug Resistance Values (Fold Changes / Phenos) with Subset #1 (being only 4% of the dataset) we noticed that:
1. The "subsetting" step is almost perfect in terms of resistance with all Pearson > 0.99 (and remember that in our process Resistance is ranked level 2, clade being ranked level 1). Means even 4% subsets are already well picturing our global Datasets. But of course the more you incorporate data, the more you can incorporate vairable or even interaction effects.
2. NOT A SINGLE ONE COMPANY (source of data; generated over > 10 Years) was able or even thougth to adapt their tests. Looking at distribution of resitance it is a pity! Because from a 4% subset you can already identify how to correct the test and adjust parameters.
