NGYX I.C. HIV1 3XL DIAG: How does it work?

Important: This Service is not yet active. Launch is planified by march 15 2014.

The first step is to register. This very impotant for the follow-up in case we detect something special in the submitted sequence(s). So click HERE to download a MS-Excel Workbook, read the READ_ME sheet and follow instructions.

Once your registration is confirmed, you can start using HIV1 3XL Diag. There are 2 parts:

Free submission of  HIV1 PR-RT nucleotide sequence. We will align the nucleoride sequence(s) vs. HXB2 (with a proprietary software package). And you will receive back a MS-Excel Workbook. As said this automated and fully free. You will have back the alignment, the Genotype (Mutational Pattern vs. HXB2) the Subtype and the prevalence of WHO + FDA listed survey mutations (may vary with versions in use over the time).

The Extended HIV1 Drug Resistance Diagnostic PR-RT Inhibitors (22 FDA approved drugs) is not for free. You need to buy "ECUs" (1 ECU <= 0.5 Euro; click HERE to know how to). For 5 ECUs   you can:

Submit nucleotide sequence(s) as described in point 1.

Ask to receive for  already submitted sequence(s) a password to unlock these.

     In both cases you will have access on the top of point 1 info. / Data to  Trugene, VircoTYPE, ANRS, Viroseq, IAS, REGA, Stanford and NGYX I.C. predictions. PLUS NGYX I.C. 3XL Diag (Clinical Outcomes Oriented / Info.)
